In this case there is a lack of letter spacing. Just plain bad logo design.
Poor image choice. Maybe an X-Rated site, but not for an "Institute" of higher learning.
This is why designers should get paid for their work. Not just anyone can make a logo and here is the proof! More bad logos here You have to see it to believe it.
